HQ Dashboard · last updated 28 August 2026

HQ Dashboard is a private, single-user application run by its owner on a home network. It has no other users, collects nothing from visitors to this page, and shares no data with anyone.

What it accesses

With the owner's explicit consent, HQ reads their own Google Calendar using the calendar.readonly scope. That scope permits reading only: it cannot create, modify or delete an event, and it grants no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

From each calendar entry, HQ stores only what it needs to show a schedule:

Attendee lists, attachments and event descriptions are not stored. Only a rolling window of roughly the next three weeks is kept; older entries are discarded as the window moves.

Where it is stored

On a single server on the owner's private home network, in a database not reachable from the internet. The application has no public endpoint, no hosted version, and no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. Nothing is transmitted to any other party.

Withdrawing access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/connections, which takes effect immediately and requires nothing from the application. Disconnecting from within HQ deletes the stored token and the calendar entries it fetched.

Google API Services User Data Policy

HQ Dashboard's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained from Google is used solely to display the owner's own schedule inside the application, is never transferred to others, is never used for advertising, and is never read by humans other than the owner.
